Objectives:
- Management and NEARBY project coordination.
- Coordinating and submitting reports to Contracting Authority (Romanian Space Agency – ROSA).
- Setting internal and external communication tools for the project.
- Performing quality control check on project results.
- Management of NEARBY project budget.
- Management of intellectual property issues.
- Moderate potential conflicts and address managerial, operational, cultural and other issues within consortium.
